All photos were taken in Manggis, Bali. The rice terraces surround an organic garden owned by the Alila Manggis hotel. Guests can partake in a guided tour of a local market as well as Alila’s organic garden, and later participate in several cooking demonstrations. The afternoon ends with lunch (comprised of the dishes cooked during the demonstration) among the raw setting of emerald green rice fields.
