Sassy Cocktail Ideas for a Fabulous Holiday Party

These libation recipes come courtesy of Vikingfjord 

Holiday Poinsetta

2 oz Vikingfjord

1.5 oz POM juice

½ oz Vanilla syrup

¼ oz Fresh lemon juice

½ oz Champagne

Lemon twist

Preparation:

Add vodka, POM juice, vanilla syrup and lemon juice in a shaker. Shake and strain into a coupe glass and top with champagne. Garnish with lemon twist.

 

Yeti

1.5 oz Vikingfjord Chocolate Raspberry Vodka

2 oz Blood Orange Juice

3 Muddled Dates

.5 oz Lemon Juice

.25 oz Cinnamon Syrup

Cinnamon Stick

Preparation:

Muddle dates in a cocktail shaker.  Add all remaining ingredients. Shake and fine strain into a glass tea cup. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

 

Sugar POM Fairy

2 oz Vikingfjord Apple Vodka

.75 oz EO Pomegranate Grenadine

.75 oz Lime Juice

1 Bar Spoon of Cinnamon Sugar

 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a cinnamon sugar rimmed cocktail glass.

 

Yuletide Spruce

2 oz Dill Infused Vikingfjord Vodka

.75 oz Lillet Blanc

3 Dashes Elixir de Chartreuse

Lemon

 

Preparation:

Stirred and strained into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Dill Infusion:

10 g of fresh dill per 700ml Vodka. Left overnight at room temperature. Strain and refrigerate.
