Carrot-Apple-Pineapple Paradise
Ingredients
1 large apple, quartered
1/2 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks
3 large carrots, ends trimmed
2 teaspoons fresh ginger
2 large stalks celery
1/2 medium beet
Juice all ingredients, serve immediately.

Ingredients
1/3 medium pineapple, peeled
8 ozs spinach
1 mango
2 tbsps fresh lime juice (from 1 to 2 limes, peeled)
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
Juice all ingredients, serve immediately.

Ingredients
1 kiwi – peeled
6 strawberries
1 orange or 2 clementines – peeled
1/2 mango – peeled and sliced
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/4 cup coconut water – fresh or canned
Juice all ingredients, serve immediately.
MKO Madness
Ingredients
1 mango
1 kiwi fruit
1 orange
optional: add 1/2 lemon
Juice all ingredients, serve immediately.
Tropical Tango
Ingredients
Peaches (pits removed) – 2 medium
Pears – 2 medium
Pineapple – 1/2 fruit
Juice all ingredients, serve immediately.
The Ultimate Tropical
Ingredients
1/2 mango, peeled and pitted
1/2 cup papaya
1/2 small banana, peeled
1/2 cup pineapple
10 ounces of coconut water
Juice all ingredients, serve immediately.

GARDEN GREEN COCO
INGREDIENTS:
1 young Thai coconut
1 handful of green kale
1 handful of spinach
½ banana
Instructions:
Crack open coconut (using a cleaver and extreme care) and pour the coconut water into a blender. Remove coconut meat with a spoon and add to blender. Add kale, spinach, and banana. Blend on high for 30 seconds. Pour smoothie into the coconut and serve with a straw.
Spicy Papaya Pineapple

1 papaya, peeled
1 inch fresh ginger
8 ounces fresh pineapple, unpeeled
1 firm kiwi
