Has gender equality for women in the workplace significantly improved since the 1950’s? This infographic takes a look at how things were for Baby Boomers, Gen Xers and now Millennials. One thing that continues to play a role in the outcome of women’s success is balancing a family and a career. We work less when kids come along and consequently our partners pick up the slack (most likely to pay the accumulating bills). As a result, we earn less and are less likely than a man to rise to executive level positions.
